Online appointments booking is not available as a part of Doctor only plan. <\/p><p>Once you have subscribed to  <strong>Reception Staff &amp; Patient Online Appointments<\/strong> plan, follow below steps:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the Doctor&#8217;s device, tap Menu in the app (top left corner)<\/li><li>Tap <strong>View Clinics<\/strong>. You would now see a list of your available clinics as shown below<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/AvailableClinicsForOnlineAppointmentBooking.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/AvailableClinicsForOnlineAppointmentBooking-551x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"276\" height=\"512\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Available clinics are shown in the app. Online appointment booking can be enabled for any clinic of your choice.<\/figcaption><\/figure><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tap on the clinic for which online appointment booking is to be enabled. A view like below will be shown.<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EditClinicForOnlineAppointmentBooking.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EditClinicForOnlineAppointmentBooking-507x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"512\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Tap on Edit to change the clinic settings and setup online appointment booking. <\/figcaption><\/figure><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Next screen allows you to set the Days and time at which the clinic operates. In addition, the number of online appointments to be accepted can also be set under <em>Online Appointments<\/em> section. <\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EditDayTimeForOnlineAppointmentBooking.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EditDayTimeForOnlineAppointmentBooking-528x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"264\" height=\"512\"\/><\/a><figcaption>This picture shows that 50 online appointments are being set between 8 AM and 1 PM. As a result, each appointment will get a 6 minute slot (5 hours = 300 minutes \/ 50 appointments = 6 minutes per appointment). So each appointment slot will be a 6 minute slot starting at 8 AM. <br><br>The afternoon time is set as 2 PM to 8 PM with 80 appointments. So each appointment slot will be 4 minute. <br><br>When you enter the Online Appointments, just note that the total time will get divided equally between those appointments. <br><br>Patients booking the appointment will get the first free slot while they are booking the appointment. <\/figcaption><\/figure><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scroll down further and you will see settings to save Online Appointment Booking charges if any.<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EnableOnlineAppointmentBookingPayments.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/EnableOnlineAppointmentBookingPayments-548x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"512\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Doctors in India can set Booking Charges. In this case, patients will pay you while booking an appointment at the clinic. If you do not want to charge the patient at the time of booking an appointment, set the charges as 0. <br><br>Then enable the setting <em>&#8220;Open For Online Booking&#8221;<\/em>. <\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Finally, <strong>SAVE <\/strong>all the details. We are now ready with our online appointment booking setup. <\/p><p>When patients ping you over WhatsApp for online booking link, simply share the link of the clinic by tapping the share button against the clinic to share the clinic timings and appointment booking message with the patient.<br><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/ShareOnlineAppointmentBookingDetails.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/ShareOnlineAppointmentBookingDetails-551x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"276\" height=\"512\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Choose the Share option to share the details of this clinic with patients. <\/figcaption><\/figure><p>You may also use the message given by share as a part of your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WhatsApp Business Messenger<\/a> Autoreply Message. <\/p><p>Finally, make sure you are using latest version of MyOPD ZIP Android app. Download the latest version from Google Playstore.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=in.myopd.android\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/images\/google-play-badge.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This tutorial will help you setting up the online appointment bookings for your clinic.
