SMS Credits are used by Doctors to send SMS Reminders to patients via MyOPD ZIP app.<\/p>

However, once the SMS credits are purchased, we often need a way to check how many of them are now left in our account. Please follow below steps to check your SMS credits quota:<\/p>

  1. Tap Menu (Top Left corner 3 Horizontal lines)<\/li>\n\n
  2. Then, tap on the Account Settings option<\/li>\n\n
  3. Tap on SMS Settings<\/li><\/ol>

    You will see the available SMS credits along with their validity period in this section.<\/p>

    Please note:<\/strong> SMS sending facility is currently available in select countries only. Please check with MyOPD Team to confirm if this feature is available in your country. <\/p>

    Make sure you are using the updated version of the app by downloading \/ updating the latest version from Google Playstore.<\/p>
