{"id":2778,"date":"2026-05-07T12:53:37","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T07:23:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=2778"},"modified":"2026-05-07T12:53:42","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T07:23:42","password":"","slug":"myopd-pc-version-release-9-1-7-may-2026","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.myopd.in\/blog\/docs\/myopd-win-releases\/myopd-pc-version-release-9-1-7-may-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"MYOPD PC VERSION RELEASE 9.1 \u2013 7 May 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OPD Improvements:<\/h5><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Improved Patient Visit View<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This version allows you to see the patient&#8217;s Previous Visit immediately alongside the current visit. <\/li>\n\n<li>This type of view will help in seeing the list of Complaints, Clinical Findings, Prescriptions everything in one view alongside the current visit. <\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Patient History Update Issue (IMPORTANT)<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&#8220;Patient&#8217;s History&#8221; section getting updated incorrectly in certain cases.<\/li>\n\n<li>The same is fixed as a part of 9.1 release. <\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>View Online Appointments<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We introduced viewing online appointments, taken by patients, directly in the Windows version. <\/li>\n\n<li>There was some issue displaying them. The same is fixed. Online appointments should now be visible on main screen under &#8220;View -> Online Appointments&#8221;<\/li>\n\n<li>Online appointments will also be shown to the Reception staff for better co-ordination between online and offline appointments.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please note, currently, slots in clinic are still available at the times for which online appointments have been given. We have not yet taken a decision to remove those slots when online appointment is given for the same time.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Printing Prescription with Medicine Table Borders<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Medicine Table Right and Left Borders will only be printed when &#8220;Print Medicine Table border and Separator\u201d option is selected in Settings -> Printer Preferences<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Queue Mode on Startup<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MyOPD directly opens in Queue Mode<\/li>\n\n<li>This saves precious time to get to the Queue section for busy Doctors<\/li>\n\n<li>If you want to see the Graph view displayed earlier, simply close the form showing Patient Search and Queue Mode. <\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>View WhatsApp Message Status<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This feature is specifically for users who are sending reminders via WhatsApp message<\/li>\n\n<li>MyOPD now shows the status of messages sent via WhatsApp i.e. Sent, Read etc depending on whether the end user has Received the message or Read the message. This depends on the User&#8217;s WhatsApp delivery status setting though.<\/li>\n\n<li>However, for users who allow showing Seen messages, the status would be updated to Read.<\/li>\n\n<li>You can check this under the &#8220;View Details&#8221; section in the right bottom corner of the main application.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Improved Receipt<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If patient has not visited for Consultation but only for other services, only those services will be shown on Receipt.<\/li>\n\n<li>Until 9.0 release, Consultation was displayed as &#8220;0&#8221; in such cases.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Polyclinic OPD Consultation Improved view<\/strong> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Polyclinic OPD form is shown in Maximized view.<\/li>\n\n<li>This View also shows the Patient&#8217;s previous visits on the side.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bug Fixes<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Patient&#8217;s Gender was not getting printed on Medical Certificate. The same is fixed.<\/li>\n\n<li>On cancellation of an appointment, repeated SMS were being sent to the user. The same is fixed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IPD Improvements:<\/h5><ol id=\"block-5c05c3d2-ac76-4c88-a2ef-829d60068f9a\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Easy Switch Over from OPD to IPD and vice versa<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MyOPD now allows easy switchover from OPD desk to IPD desk. <\/li>\n\n<li>On the server PC, use the button in the left panel to navigate with ease.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Admitted Patient View on Startup<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On moving to IPD section, the first view shown is Admitted Patient view.<\/li>\n\n<li>This ensures that only a limited list of patients is loaded on startup and hence it is faster.<\/li>\n\n<li>All IPD Patients now shows a paginated view of 25 Patients with Previous and Next options.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Improved IPD Patient Search<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All IPD Patients and OPD Patients search is now improved to show the most accurate matches.<\/li>\n\n<li>Earlier, when Patient UID was entered, it would also show patients with matching phone numbers causing confusion.<\/li>\n\n<li>To search by mobile number, an exact match is required. So enter all 10 numbers to search the patient by mobile number.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Insurance Payment Tracking<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For Insured patients, capture the approved amount sanctioned by Insurance against the patient&#8217;s admission<\/li>\n\n<li>This amount can be full or part of the entire bill amount.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>IPD Report Improvements<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>New version of Discharge Summary gets counted twice in IPD Reports.<\/li>\n\n<li>The same is fixed as while it is a new version, it is only one Discharge Summary for one Admission.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Surgery Details Improvement<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Surgery Details are printed correctly with Surgeon Name and Primary consultant name separately.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bug Fixes<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fix Certificate option that gets hidden in OPD Visit form of IPD section<\/li>\n\n<li>Fix Bed Creation which was causing software glitches when beds with same names were being created like Private AC, Private Non AC<\/li>\n\n<li>Update daily services units
