Add Services to be used in Billing/Receipt

Services are used when you want to create a payment receipt. You will see services to choose when you click on Add Charges while recording a payment.

However, there are times when you have to enter Services of your choice. This article explains how you can add the services of your own choice.

  1. Tap Menu option (top left corner 3 Horizontal lines)
  2. Tap on My Services
  3. You will see list of services
  4. Now review the existing list of services. You will see services like Consultation, Vaccination, ECG, X-Ray etc
  5. For services whose charges are not fixed for each patient, leave the rate as zero. You will be able to add the rate at the time of recording a payment.
  6. For services whose charges are fixed for each patient, set the rate as applicable.
  7. If you want to add a new service, tap the ‘+’ icon against the category under which this service is to be added.
  8. Then give it a name and save the service.
  9. Once the service is saved, you are ready to use it in the payments section.
