What’s new in version 8.5?

MyOPD is now integrated with POS Billing device.

OPD Improvements

1. Accept OPD Payments using POS Payment device
   • Integration with POS Payment device to allow OPD payment collection at Reception.
2. Prescription Printing Improvements
   • Printing of Patient Mobile Number on Rx: You can choose to print / not print the patient’s mobile number on Rx by selecting the Settings -> Printer Preferences -> Full Mobile Number option.
     
   • Printing failures: Some installations were seeing printing failures related to Rx printing after the upgrade to 8.4. This is fixed now.
   • Print 2nd Doctor name at End: For installs having multiple Doctors added to the software, the 1st and 2nd Doctor name and degree can be printed at the end of the Rx.
3. Bug Fixes
   • Bugs related to general working of MyOPD Software are fixed.

IPD Improvements

1. Accept IPD Payments using POS Payment device
   • Integration with POS Payment device to allow IPD payment collection.
2. Hospital Bill Issue while printing Final Bill
   • Doctor Fees were incorrectly printed in certain cases while printing the Hospital Bill. This is fixed now.
3. Bug Fixes
   • Bugs related to general working of MyOPD Software are fixed.
