SMS Credits are used by Doctors to send SMS Reminders to patients via MyOPD ZIP app.
However, once the SMS credits are purchased, we often need a way to check how many of them are now left in our account. Please follow below steps to check your SMS credits quota:
- Tap Menu (Top Left corner 3 Horizontal lines)
- Then, tap on the Account Settings option
- Tap on SMS Settings
You will see the available SMS credits along with their validity period in this section.
Please note: SMS sending facility is currently available in select countries only. Please check with MyOPD Team to confirm if this feature is available in your country.
Make sure you are using the updated version of the app by downloading / updating the latest version from Google Playstore.
