MyOPD ZIP App now allows you to effortlessly accept payments from patients by generating a dynamic payment QR code. These payments are deposited straight to your account. UPI feature is currently available only in India.
With this feature, we have enabled the Clinic Staff to quickly generate payment QR codes and allow Patients to simply scan and pay without the need to enter payment amount.
Here are the steps:
- Set UPI QR code in Menu -> Account Settings -> Prescription Settings
- Now, Enable “QR Code on Payment Screen” option. With this option, Doctor as well as Reception staff will start seeing the payment QR code option on the payment screen.
- On the Payment screen, enter the Payment charges. Then tap the Generate QR Code option as seen below
- On tapping the Generate QR Code button, the generated QR code will be seen as below
- Show this QR code to the patient.
- Patient will complete the payment by scanning the QR code.
- Check if the payment is completed by verifying with your Payment App.
- Then save this payment by clicking the Save Payment Button. Please note, the details will not be saved until the Save Payment button is clicked.
