Accessing MyOPD via Reception / Frontdesk PC

Please follow Below Steps: #

  1. Open the Login screen on the Doctor’s PC. It will be seen as below.

2. Then copy the link shown on the login screen and type it on the Reception PC’s browser. You can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser on Reception PC to access MyOPD from Reception Computer.

3. After you enter these details in the browser, you should see the login screen of Reception as shown under.

You can now start using the Reception Version by entering the User Name and Password set for the Reception staff.

IMPORTANT:

Keep a strong password for your WiFi network. Do not share your Clinic or Hospital’s WiFi password with anyone. It is important to keep your network secure.

If you have correctly typed the address correctly in the Reception PC Browser and are still not seeing the login page, please check the following:

  1. Make sure the Doctor’s PC and the Reception Staff PC are connected to the same Network (WiFi or LAN).
  2. Make sure that the Network Connection at Doctor PC is in Private Mode. Refer steps given on Microsoft website at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-a-wi-fi-network-public-or-private-in-windows-0460117d-8d3e-a7ac-f003-7a0da607448d
  3. Make sure you are typing the address in the browser, exactly as shown on the Doctor PC login screen. Sometime mistakes are done interpreting number zero ‘0’ as letter O or number one ‘1’ as letter ‘l’ and so on.
