With MyOPD ZIP App, you and your staff can now start accepting UPI payments faster by displaying the amount based UPI Payment QR code to patient. Please note, this feature currently works only in India.
The QR code can be shown to the patients by the Doctor from their app or by the Reception Staff as well.
Below are the steps to use this feature:
- Make sure you have enabled UPI QR Code feature. Set your UPI QR code image under Menu -> Account Settings -> Printer Settings -> Payment QR Code
- Now, enable the setting to show the QR code on the Payment screen.
- See the image below
- After enabling QR Code on Payment Screen setting, the payment screen will start showing the option to generate QR code for payment.
- Now, in the payment section, after entering the payment information, you will the Generate QR code button as below
- Click the Generate Payment QR Code button to generate the Payment QR code with the amount
- Show this QR code to the patient. Ask the patient to pay using GPay or PhonePe or any other UPI enabled payment app.
- On completion of payment, click on Save Payment button to Save Payment details.
