Print Payment QR Code on Prescription

MyOPD Clinic Software allows you to print Payment QR code on Prescription. This allows patients to easily scan the UPI QR code and pay the Doctor directly to the your bank account.

Printing Payment QR Code #

  1. Open Settings -> Printer Preferences
  2. Enable the UPI QR Code option. Enter your UPI ID. You can find your UPI ID in any of the Payments app like GPay or PhonePe or any other Bank app that you use.

Once this option is enabled, each Prescription printed on MyOPD will have the QR code for payment at the end of the prescription.

With this option, Patient will have to enter the payment amount before completing the payment.

This option is useful when

  • You don’t want the payment amount to be reflected on the Rx
  • You want to give the patient an option to pay you remotely for amount of your choice. The patient can do so by using any of your old prescription.

Printing Dynamic Payment QR Code #

The main advantage of using the Dynamic Payment QR code is that the amount is also included as a part of QR code. Here, the patient does not need to enter the amount as it is pre-filled the moment patient scans the QR code.

To enable Dynamic QR code, simply select the option Enable Dynamic QR Code option below the Enable UPI QR Code option.

This one extra option avoids one step of amount entry by patient while making the payment and offers greater convenience while paying.
