OPD Improvements: #
- Print QR Code for MyOPD For Patients App download
- With this release, you can enable the Patients to download the MyOPD for Patients app faster.
- Open Settings -> Printer Preferences. Select Patient App QR option.
- With this option selected, a QR code will be printed on prescription so that the Patients can download the MyOPD for Patients app easily by scanning the code.
- The patient will get directed to either the Android app or iOS app based on their device.
- Enable this option to increase your patient’s app downloads.
- Dynamic QR Code for Payments
- MyOPD now allows to generate dynamic QR code for payments.
- With dynamic QR Code, you don’t need to tell the amount to the payer. When you choose to print the Payment QR code on Rx, the QR code with correct amount will be generated and printed.
- Patient can simply scan the QR code and complete the transaction without entering the amount.
- To enable this feature, make sure you have the UPI QR code option set first. Then click the Enable Dynamic QR Code option below the UPI QR code entry.
- Quick Access to Patient History
- Patient History can now be seen quickly by clicking on the History link besides the View Past Visit option.
- With this option, navigation to History page having details like Birth History, Risk History, Any other history etc is simplified.
- Changes related to improved Prescription view on MyOPD For Patients App
- Patients will now start seeing prescriptions like a printed paper.
- While a new update to MyOPD For Patients app will be published soon, this update has changes which will allow them to see the improved view.
- Patient App prescription preview after saving visit
- MyOPD will show exactly how the patients will see your prescription on their device.
- Once the visit is saved, a mobile view will be shown on the right side of Save button so that Doctors get an idea of how the Rx will look at Patient’s end.
- Print Masked / Full Mobile Number on Rx
- The Prescription will now have patient’s mobile number printed on Rx. This way, the patient knows which mobile number is submitted to the Clinic.
- By default, MyOPD does not print the full mobile number on Rx. Some digits are masked with XXX.
- If you want to print the patient’s full mobile number on Rx, turn this setting ON. Settings -> Printer Preferences. Select Full Mobile Number option.
- Invite Patients to download MyOPD For Patient App via WhatsApp
- Tap on the WhatsApp icon in the Patient Visit form.
- Choose the newly added option to invite patient to download the MyOPD For Patients app.
- The link to download will be sent from your own WhatsApp number using WhatsApp Web
- Bug Fixes
- Medicines marked as misspelled will not show at Reception desk during inventory adjustment.
- Kannada translation for Apply Externally was not perfect. It is corrected.
- When the payment of zero is accepted at Reception, it did not show up when the Payment Check column was used. This version fixes it so that the zero payment is reflected as well.
- Today’s income is incorrectly displayed in some cases at Reception. This is fixed.
IPD Improvements #
- Add Custom Services
- MyOPD Beds Hospital Version now allows to add custom services under the Category of Services
- To add custom services: Access Profile -> My Services -> Services. Then click Add New Service option to add the service.
- Before this release, there was no way to add a new service under the Services heading. The services had to be added to one of the existing headings only.
- Show time in AM/PM on Discharge Summary and Final Bill
- Time is now shown in AM/PM on Discharge Summary and Final Bill of Patient.
- This is easier to understand compared to a 24 hour clock that was shown earlier.
- Final Bill Payment issues
- Final Bill of Patients having Balance Payment pending was not getting saved.
- The staff would first have to clear the balance amount by clicking the Payments and Services Tab and then save the Final Bill.
- This increased clicks and often caused confusion.
- Now, if the Balance Payment is pending, the staff is directly shown the Balance Payment save form before the Final bill is created.
- Age incorrectly printed on Lab Reports
- Current Age was not getting printed on Lab Reports.
- Instead, old age at the time of registration of patient was getting printed.
- This is now fixed.
- Bug Fixes
- Issues related to Final Bill being reopened again for display are fixed.
- Age when in months is not displayed correctly on IPD desk. This is fixed.
