OPD Improvements: #
- Bug in Patient History Update (IMPORTANT FIX)
- This release fixes an important issue related to modifications done in Patient History section. If you were updating the History of patient by changing any row in the Patient History section, the History was being modified incorrectly for multiple patients having the same history.
- We had given a workaround to all the users who are using old version. Instead of changing the History row item, you need to delete the row and enter a new row so that this problem does not happen at your end.
- With this release, you can continue to change the row. Software will work correctly.
- Users using affected versions are at the risk of this issue. You are requested to upgrade to the latest version or follow the work around when you are updating the History section.
- Past Visit View Modifications
- Visit type (Routine, Emergency, Teleconsultation etc) can now be seen in the Past Visit section.
- Treating consultant’s name can now be seen in the Past Visit section. This is especially useful in case of multiple Doctors treating the patients in case of Multiple Doctors using the same system or in MyOPD Polyclinic setup.
- Medical Certificate Improvements
- Title is now added by default in Medical Certificate. Age of patient is also included in the Medical Certificate.
- OPD Receipt Improvements
- OPD Receipt now includes Receipt generation time as well.
- Configurable option in Settings -> Printer Preferences to show Patient’s mobile number in Receipt
- Avoid printing 0.0 on Receipt when printed via Reception in case of Zero charges
- Appointment Duration Slots via Reception
- Reception staff can book multiple appointment slots for the same patient.
- This will help when the consultation is for longer duration or you have a OPD procedure that is going to take more time.
- Before this release, Reception could only book appointment slots for either 5 mins or 10 mins.
- With this release, Reception staff can book appointment slots in multiple of 5 mins or 10 mins.
- Allow Full Header Image on OPD Receipt
- Header image option under Settings -> Printer Preferences was earlier used only for Prescription. The same is now being used for Receipt as well.
- Referring patients to 2 Doctors at the same time
- Before this release, MyOPD allowed referring of Patient only to single Doctor. However, sometimes, a patient needs to be referred to more than 1 Doctor for multiple complications. This release allows to enter 2 “Referred To” Doctors.
- Fix Prescription Form Flickering
- When medicine list grows, the prescription form starts to flicker. You should not observe flickering now after this release.
- Duplicate Single Medicine
- You can now create a copy of same medicine with dose and special conditions using the Duplicate Medicine button on Add Medicine form. This is helpful when you would like to issue the same medicine differently after the first dose of medicine is over, in the same prescription.
- Printing Improvements
- Allow option to print Medical Registration number on new line at the end of the Rx. Currently, Registration number and Doctor’s degree are on the same line, below Doctor name.
- Clear Generic Name
- There are cases when the Generic Name entered for a medicine has to be cleared. Before this release, there was no option to clear it again, i.e. make it empty. With this release, you can now clear the Generic Name if it is not required to be set for a particular medicine.
- Inventory Improvements
- Medicine unit can be set during the import now.
- Imported batch is automatically set to default if no other default batch is available.
- Nursing Orders column shown in Queue section at Reception
- Nursing Orders is usually required only for Queued patients, not for all existing patients. Started showing this option in the Queue section at Reception.
