OPD Improvements:
- Prescription Printing
- Show Medicine Table in Prescription with outer borders. This helps to distinguish Medicines clearly from other details printed on the Rx. Currently, this facility is available on in printed Rx and not in Save As PDF option of the Prescription.
- Prescription Entry Form
- Prescription Entry form is now redesigned to include a larger list of Medicines. The flickering issue experienced by Doctors should go away as well.
- Include more images on Prescription
- Prior to this release, Prescription printed using MyOPD Windows version could include only 1 image in the Rx.
- With this release, you can now include up to 4 images on the printed Rx.
- WhatsApp option support in other countries
- WhatsApp option seen on Doctor screen is now supported in Jamaica and St. Lucia along with existing list of countries that we support.
- Internal Notes can now capture more details
- Increased the amount of details that can be captured in Internal Notes.
- View Online Appointments
- Online appointments taken by your patients can now be viewed directly inside the MyOPD PC Version app.
- Select View -> Online Appointments option to see the list of online appointments
- These are the appointments booked by your patients based on the online profile page created using Profile -> My Online Profile.
- Please note, these appointments are different than the in clinic appointments given by staff.
- Improved Campaigns
- MyOPD PC version will now show the campaigns only after connecting to Internet. This is because, with the next release of MyOPD All In One app, you will be able to create campaigns from the mobile app as well.
- The campaigns created from mobile app will be seen in the PC version as well.
- Along with SMS, these campaigns will also go as app notifications to users of MyOPD for Patients app. So if your patients have downloaded the MyOPD for Patients app, they will start seeing these notifications sent by the Doctors in addition to receiving them as SMS.
- Printing of Receipt at Reception Desk without printer sharing
- Prior to this release, the reception staff printer had to be configured at Doctor’s desk. Only then the Receipt printing from Reception end would work.
- This new release does away with this approach. You can now print the receipt at Reception desk without sharing the printer with Doctor PC.
- To use this mode, do not select the printer under Reception Printer option in Printer Settings section.
- When no reception printer is selected, MyOPD will assume that the printing will be done using the local printer connected to Reception PC and not via the network PC.
- Hang Issue
- Random hang related to the working of MyOPD Windows version is fixed.
- Bug Fixes
- Correction to age printed in Medical Certificate.
- Include Logo on Prescription while using the Prescription Save As PDF option.
- Receipt printed via Reception shows incorrect calculations in case of Inventory enabled.
- Fix saved medicine order getting changed if the patient’s same day prescription is continued for visit on same day. Same applicable for patient coming for next visit when currently ongoing medicines are shown.
- Fix Export Data failure case.
- Avoid printing Medicine Charges in Procedures conducted section of the Prescription.
- Fix MyOPD may refuse to shutdown even when Help – > Exit is clicked. As a result, MyOPD could not be opened again until PC is restarted or the process is killed via Task Manager.
- Fix case where cancellation appointment SMS could go to the user multiple times.
IPD Improvements:
- Improved Admission Label
- Admission Label is printed in IPD Desk by seeing the list of Admitted Patients.
- Admission Label format is now changed to include Bar Code of Patient UID.
- Formatting is done to utilize the label space more elegantly.
- On Admission Form, print Complaints with Duration and Reason for Admission in separate sections. Prior to this relase they are clubbed into one section.
- Hang Issue
- Random hang related to the working of MyOPD Windows version is fixed.
- Bug Fixes
- Avoid printing Bed Charges on Final Bill if Bed Charges amount is zero.
- Fix incorrect age of patient getting displayed for patient getting admitted again. Prior to this release, the age of patient when the patient was first admitted gets displayed on Admission Form.
- Display error message on Payment and Services form if UPI ID is not set on server and payment is to be accepted using UPI.
